Did you mean 1806? Lewis started a trip from St Louis to Washington DC on September 3, 1809 and he was shot and died October 11 while en route. I’ve never heard of them buying no till corn in North Dakota but I’d be interested to know the story.


I had to go back, it was 1804 and 1805. They traded with the Mandan and hidatsa.

Never read anything like that. What was market price?
