Western-Central Lower Michigan | We had a dinner at church last night, someone cooked "Swamp Cabbage". I was intrigued by the name but it was good. I like cooked cabbage anyway, but her version had smoked sausage, diced tomato's, maybe bell peppers and the star..... cabbage.
It wasnt overly seasoned, but you could add seasonings at the end of the line...
Anyway, I really liked it. Good one dish meal (as long as you have lots of sausage)..
My wife dont like cooked cabbage so I never had anything like that before.
