Thanks Herkster! Don't remember ever being called a liar before.
But I do know that in our town of 35000 you would be hard pressed to find someone to accept an Advantage plan. The clinic and it's adjoining hospital that we use announced some time ago that wouldn't be accepting that plan. I will have to ask my brother who works at the other local hospital if they do. But from what I've heard I am very sure they don't either. My mother's care home has sent out letters some time ago advising their clients and representatives not to enroll in Advantage plans.
I might own an insurance agency, and my co-owner might be one of the best Medicare/Health Insurance agents I've ever seen. It's so damn specialized that we leave her to focus just on that side of the business, and nothing else. The annual changes are enough to make someone pull their hair out, and I'm 15 years in, and still have refused to get that license. I'll stay in my crop/farm world. |
