We too have a bobcat t770. It's had a few problems, covered by warranty. You really have to put some thought into how much capacity you're looking for. The t770 is a huge machine. It's awesome in the field and pushing brush, but to meet its pretty large to be working in any confined space. Id look into a 590-650 Bobcat.
