Medicare advantage is what you want.  Contact your property insurance agent.

They should be able to sell you a plan.

That brush you're painting with is awfully broad. Advantage plans aren't worth the paper the restrictions are printed on here. No medical provider, insurance provider, or anyone else involved has any good to say about the coverage. And never mind if you happen to travel and run into trouble. I'm glad it's working for you in your area, but please don't stand on that pedestal for the rest of the U.S.

My experience is in ND, and we have experience with BC/BS and their offering NextBlue.  It is accepted
by every provider we use and is very common.  Also accepted by eye drs. and dentists.
We do not have a lot of issues, but for normal Dr. appointments and it covers all Tier 1 and 2 drugs free.
Some other Dr. appts. have a $30 copay.
For 2026 there are changes and coverages will be less, but not bad.  The HD higher deductible plan
has a premium of $59. per month.  We have not signed up yet, but still checking things out.

It is true some companies are not accepted by some providers, so you do need to do your homework.

I think BC/BS companies rise to the top as far as more universal acceptance.  Nothing new there it has
been that way for decades.
