We usually get 1/2 a beef from a local every 9 months or so. We are out of steaks right now, so the wife asked me to pick some up in town.
Well a styrofoam flat of 4-6 steaks from Costco is $45-$55. So I didn’t buy any steak that day. We will get by on the ground beef we have on hand, pork and chicken until our freezer beef is ready.
