That actually makes a lot of sense. When you cut carbs, your body holds onto less water and sodium, so it’s easy to end up feeling sluggish or lightheaded without even realizing it’s just a salt issue. It’s interesting how the context matters so much what’s “too much” salt for one diet might be exactly what another person needs to stay balanced on low carb.
