Irrigate NE - 10/27/2025 18:06 None of the clinics, or hospitals in our area will deal with the Advantage plans. The nursing homes hate them and steer clients away from them. They are slow to approve the patients medical needs, slow to pay, and their providers are always out of town. They may be cheaper. That I don't know.

Bull...........don't spread lies.  They are well accepted and very popular.

It isn't a lie at all, and the reason it gets pushed by agents is that it pays a lot more than a Med Supp policy does (ask me how I know...). Mayo Clinic in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Iowa came out last week and published that as of 2026, they will be out-of-netowrk for Med Advantage plans. This for sure is for United Healthcare plans and Humana plans, and I believe there has been some push back on Wellmark plans. They might still be okay in ND, but a broad statement that you laid out, isn't true.
