I grew up around Herefords both registered and commercial. I won’t say I will never use a Hereford bull again but it is a definite possibility as my time of calling the shots is coming to a close. Our current herd of Commercial Angus is far more user friendly than the Herefords if my youth. Way less problems from birth to rail.
Do Angus have short comings? Absolutely but there are breeders that know what they are doing to solve them.
