I had same problem. 567 with standard pickup. Flip axles over to open the throat up more. Made a new machine out of it. Also need good belts, and the pickup teeth bolt to an angle iron bar. That bar needs to be straight. If years of use has it twisted back, the teeth don't release in the correct position. Compression rack out.
