Pretty sure it was a joke. I laughed.
There is nothing funny about being run over or killed by an Angus, let alone working with them.
There is a reason why the Hereford is seen in steakhouses and cattle shows while the Angus is relegated to McDonald's where most people don't even consider it food anymore.
To rebutt your reference, I believe the saying goes "the beatings will continue until morale improves". Of course the only way morale will improve is when Angus breeders take a lesson from the Hereford breeders and cull the unwanted traits. |
