Subject: RE: Skid steer

Just outside downtown Prairie Hill
We used to run Bobcats, but have moved to Kubota. Crown at Macon are Kubota dealers and we have gotten good service from them. We are not very mechanical either, so I would put dealer support high on the list. Do you need tracks or will wheels work? Wheels will be cheaper, but mud can be an issue. I really like the overhead door on the cab. Side swing doors prevent you from getting out unless the bucket is down. Side door guys like them, but we have no dealer support close by. We weld a step on the right side of the back of the bucket. Easy to step up and into the machine without crawling over the bucket. However, getting out with a bale on might be a bit of an issue. You will love a skid steer and wonder how you got along without one. Good luck
