You need to get out more. There are modern Angus that don’t have the problems you speak of. Some even can be used at elevation and thrive.
Yes, a whole 3 head in the world. I will believe it when I see it, one shouldn't have to go to Nebraska or Missouri to find these mystical Angus breeders who care like the Hereford breeders do everywhere.
Most Herefords are completely problem free, they have been for 40 years. Probably because of you in the peanut gallery, so they actively work to improve their product, unlike the Angus people who are too busy dealing with trying to treat foot issues while paying off their ambulance bill from being run over to actually have time to even think about culling. |
