Cresco, IA
Have you flipped your axles on baler? Flipped drawbar on tractor? You have to get that baler up in the air so the pickup can drop further and open up more. I have made the better part of 100k stalks and the LAST thing you want with a baler that age is tough stalks. I have only seen stalks too dry in ne ia one day in the last 25 years. Tough stalks will not bale with that machine. They can get tough in a hurry. I have had it where it's baling fine and then have to put a roll of wrap in and after that it doesn't work.
