Driftless SW Wisconsin | I don't feel like I'm "at the end of the line". In fact I'm currently rebuilding my herd after selling down a couple years ago. Plan is for a family member to take over when I "expire" and continue to raise Hereford cattle. I am shifting the business to selling more Hereford breeding stock and more beef to restaurants. We have a lot of small farms around here and my Herefords are well suited to helping beginning farmers get into cow/calf. | |
