Subject: RE: Restoring fsrmhouses

Northeast ks
I quit farming 6 years ago, fix up old houses full time. Rent them out, sold some last three years. Most of these houses are 100 plus years old with stone foundations, wood cedar siding, hardwood floors, some have original wood trim. I try to buy houses that have decent walls and ceilings. I usually do a new kitchen and bathroom. This farmhouse i redid about all the wiring. Fishing down wires from the attic, up from the basement. I had to replace a fair amount of wood siding. I use lp smart siding, it matches pretty close to the old cedar siding. I painted the inside and outside. New lvp flooring, kitchen cabinets, small deck. Added ac to the furnace.
