| Be prepared to camp on someones doorstep to collect. For some you are treated like the bank.
Would highly recommend a simple contract with wording for mechanic's liens. Those that will pay will sign it immediately, those that hesitate, may not. Some of those that hesitate will not pay. It also means you can't just walk away either.
Be careful with the hauling and limit the distance or you'll be hauling beans 50 miles.
Logistics is key, keep the equipment moving.
