I'm glad he wasn't seriously hurt.........but it sure seems like mostly his fault on this deal. If he had been seriously injured or killed it wouldn't matter much whose fault it was in the grand scheme. I'd think that this time of year there'd be an above average chance of him topping that hill and finding a wide combine there..........with the same result as a utility company working. And yah, the farmer wouldn't have even put up a single warning sign.

Anyway, hopefully he learned a valuable lesson through all of this.
