Cherokee iowa | Butcher called asked if steer was over 30 months.I said no roughly 20-21 months. Big tall cross on a self feeder. He pry worried if it would touch the ground on the chain with the inspector present. Hopefully it all went good. Be interesting what the ribeye look like.
