Croswell, Michigan | We have an old 2 story brick farmhouse on a farmstead down the road. No one has live in it in probably close to 20 years. It’s my dad’s baby(he’s 96) so I just stay out of it. He had a new roof put on it at some point so I guess that’s a plus. I think he thinks one of his grand kids will want it someday???
In my opinion it needs one of two things,
1. A young yuppie couple with unlimited cash that have a dream of fixing up an old farm house.
