O no one is going to cobble your twice cobbled fence.

Geez being older over 65 I'm on same camp as the original poster,and I have encountered many that will not fix fence,now at being 65 i would hope the next person that rents my pasture and farm ground realize that i do not want to spend my time and money fixing fence
