Ricefarmer,I think your thoughts should be on the value once completed.If you have a family member or self or sale or rental and the end results benefit your goals do it.The bones are important.Foundation/sills/roof support structures/Termites(not ever here but there I am sure)/well/septic etc are the items that will help you decide.No good bones,?,IMO no..but if its livable with just a quick roof job and then there is a place a field crew could reside,I would use it.Here housing in this county is so short and land so valuable it would pop your eyes out on how quick it would sell and the $$ it could bring as is.
