West Chazy, New York		Your son's insurance will total his vehicle and pay his medical bills and collect from the company's insurance. That's the easy part. You get to negotiate if the payout is a lowball offer. You also have to deal with trying to collect if a delayed medical issue comes up weeks later. Don't be in a hurry to sign off unless there is a provision for injuries that become apparent later.
