That little catch suggests your flow rate to the door cylinders is too low. If the flow rate is too low there will be a little hitch in the door travel when the cylinders go from being pulled by the pressure of the bale to actually pushing the door open.

If the belts do not stop when the door is opened you do not have the declutch option. The declutch was standard through 2018 and became optional in 2019. The declutch is something to avoid if at all possible, and any reasonably modern tractor with PFC hydraulics should operate the door fast enough to render the declutch unnecessary.

I also suspect a part of your problem is too much density pressure + an overfilled middle of the bale width.
