Check out Lumnah acres on U-tube. Bad roof at some point, some damage. Roof had been replaced. They thought a little work and bathroom gut and repair and move in. Rats and mice had been all through it, crap everywhere. Joists, floors and new interior walls, they are in it deep. What a mess but they will finish....James

I was going to mention them. Kinda got tired of it, get the feeling they are property flippers, is this their third property now? He worked so hard to get Joel S to state they could make $30k or whatever rediculous amount per acre off the property, it felt like a warm up for a sales video pitch to unsuspecting buyers…. “Well I won’t claim anything, but see here this outside expert said what you could make farming this plot….”
If they re side it they really will not be saving any part of the house at all, it will be all new except for the foundation, which I personally think they messed up badly on, but I’m a simple dirt farmer so I could be wrong. Any interesting character of the house is in the dumpster or covered over.
But, certainly an interesting series to watch in answer to this thread. And they are hard workers, have to give them credit for that!
