Probaly bloated. Dont think I want to poke with anything. Pond probably has fecal matter in it and full of bacteria already. Have someone with you pond bottom may be soft on bottom I dont know. Sinking in muck is not good. Maybe the cow got out there and got stuck? I dont know.
