SOIL | WUnderground. It's free, but years ago I paid $5 for the ad free version. It's probably the most accurate source for my area, and surprisingly good in long term forecast.
I also have Radar Scope. It's a $10 radar app, incredibly fast and accurate. It usually has warning boxes show several seconds before the weather radio sounds.
Wife and I were watching Twisters recently, one of the storm chasers was complaining about all these poeple who buy a $10 app and think they're pro chasers, and I started laughing! Wife gave me a stern look and told me I'm not allowed to go storm chasing!
