 Eastern NC | If you want the no-flare benefit of the Holland but without the slow cooking times the Wilmington Grill is the only way to go. A guy that I went to high school with makes these and they are awesome. 100 % stainless steel including the burners. It will be the last grill you ever have to buy. I like being able to set it at 250 degrees for cooking ribs and crank it up to 550 plus for steaks. Here's a link to a retailer for them.
