Check resistance on signal wire from sensor to ECU connector behind the cab.
Just did this on my 9230 that wouldn’t go over 90’F.
Turned out wire had resistance in it. Ran a new wire from sensor to plug in cured it.
I can tell you what wire to look for on 9230 but not sure 9330 is the same.
