Subject: Kingman, Az BBQ

Pittsburg, Kansas
One of my wife's requirements if at all possible is a stop in Kingman, Az at the BBQ place. Ribs and fresh pork rinds will be our lunch today. Floyd & Company.

The fresh made pork rinds are to die for, although I suspect they are fried in vegetable oil. I'm afraid to ask. They give you a huge platter of them. We eat what we can and always take with us a big bag of the remainder.
