Western Oregon | I have to eat breakfast or I would collapse mid morning, something light, yogurt, oatmeal, small pancake with apple slices, etc. Then dinner at 3pm or so. Nothing after 6pm. May have a small bag of skinny pop popcorn or a few walnuts or hazel nuts with a little dried fruit, cranberries, plum, grapes, pear, apple and or peach fresh or dried as a snack around 4:30-5pm. Meal is mostly fish 3-4 times a week, some baked or grilled chicken 1-2 times a week. Rest is ground chicken, turkey or elk in a casserole, chili, spaghetti, tacos, micro-greens or with sprouts....James | |
