FWIW, AgPHD says automatic bin fan controls are one of the best bang for your buck. I don't have them but it makes sense.
Selling beans at 9% is an automatic 4% gift to the buyer right out of my pocket. Easy math says that's 400bu for every 10k you sell. Even at lowly $10 beans, that $4,000.
