I would say that would be the case on any supplements other than if a person was severely deficient in something. Then the benefits might be greater.
Another thing, studies are about averages. If you fit the averages then likely applicable. But what about those that are towards the end of either spectrum in the bell curve? Some might benefit more than others.
One size, as others have pointed out to me concerning ketogenic diet, doesn't fit everyone. | |
