Own small farm near Booneville, MS | For breakfast every morning, along with my over easy egg, a couple of sausage and biscuit, and a couple of cups of coffee, I take a 500 mg Turmeric Curcumin, a "Complete Multivitamin," a 500 mg vitamin C, and a 125 mg vitamin D3. After that I dissolve a tablespoon of honey and a tablespoon of vinegar in a cup of hot water and drink it down. Don't know if all that really helps, but at least it doesn't seem to hurt. I'm 66 and I'm not as good as I once was but I'm about as good once as I ever was. Overall health is pretty good except for the fact that I need to shed about 20 or so pounds. |
