Iowa | One of the comments from below was the statement that even if the farm is unprofitable your renting, ya should rent it for the govt payment.......If thats not the most ridiculous thing I've ever read.
Ya know the whole system is broken when people operate that way.
I think as a future land lord I think the govt goodies are getting to be so good, I think I'd want 50% at least if not more of all govt payments attached to the land I own. And it will be in the lease...........want to take any guesses how long it would take to rent it out on my terms??? Not very long.
Some of these farmers are willing to work for peanuts.....that is something ill never understand. | |
