| Increase the seed applied by 25% and till deef enough that plants the majority of the seed at the normal planting depth. That means there will be some on the soil surface. I don't think that you can ever get 100% under the soil surface. After a couple of seedings you will learn the process.
Make sure the coop's truck evenly put out the fertilizer and wheat seed. Remember Urea is lighter and K and P are heavier. They will probably throw different widths than the wheat seed.
