Subject: RE: Desiccating double crop soybeans

Indiana
Was in the same boat w nongmo beans and volunteer wheat. We were extremely dry through August and the recent rains really caused the wheat to take off.

Had not ran through them with a sprayer post so had a drone spray roundup last wk. looks to be working on the volunteer wheat.

Being a systemic I was a little leery about running roundup. Old data I found suggested not running it until 80% leaf drop. I went a little earlier than that. Think closer to r6.5/7 which is what is recommended for the guys using sharpen/paraquat.

Clethodim can’t work due to the pre harvest interval being 60 days.
