North Mississippi Delta / Alabama Gulf Coast | Next to me and across the road is 400ac rented ground owned by a group from out of state that get those high dollar rents since there are wells on it. The 40 next to me separated by a county road usually is flooded about 75% during normal years and across the road will flood about 60 ac as well. If spring is abnormally wet, floods on half of the 400 till it drains through the Delta taking weeks to dry.
