NE Indiana | That's news to me. We have broadcast spread our wheat for the past 6 years. Has never been a problem though because our stands and yields have improved drastically since we started broadcasting vs drilling. We were always told by our crop insurance agent the crop is fully insurable but there could be no replant claim for broadcast wheat. That never mattered because if we had a failure that would require replant it would be too late and that field would just go to corn the next spring. | |
