Subject: RE: Where's the Beef?

Townsend, Montana
I am on a very strict diet because of some of my health problems. Basically mammal meat, salt, and not much else. Even eggs bother me. I can live on pork no problem. But I have come to HATE pork because it is flavorless by itself. And I raise a hog for myself. I just blend it with beef.

So I eat Beef. It actually has flavor. At this point in my life, I am off $600+/month in prescriptions so I put that money towards beef. Yes, I eat like a king. I can't say that I like beef, but when you are allergic to just about everything except meat, beef is the best tasting meat I can buy.

Funny thing is that several people in my close circle have seen what I have done. They have tried it themselves with great success. After a couple of months they come to the same conclusion that a strict lion diet sucks but it seems to be the ONLY option to truly put certain medical conditions into remission (small things like rheumatoid arthritis and stage 4 cancer).

Anyways, all of us will eat beef regardless of the cost. There are some things that you can't put a dollar value on.

As much as I hate to say it, social media may be the number one source of info causing people to wake up to what is killing them and what can possibly heal them. All the people that have taken courage from my heath journey had all heard about it on social media. They just needed living proof to push them over the edge.

I am obviously heavily biased, but I don't see beef demand dropping regardless of the price. Bold statement for sure.

But "carnivore diet" is the most searched diet the last couple years. And any carnivore will tell you beef is the best.
