East Central Arkansas | We actually bought a piece of beef that was on special at the grocery store today. They called it ribeye and was about the same price as hamburger. We will see what it is. I think it was trimmings but will make good stew meat or hamburger. It's normally pork and chicken for our store bought meat. We do eat a lot of deer. Not long ago bought a big double pack of Boston butt's. Cut steaks out of them and cooked on smoker grill. As good of a cut of meat I have had in a long time. | |
