Subject: RE: Profit per acre on rented ground

20 miles west of Indianapolis Indiana
I was hoping to make $75-$100 an acre on rated ground by the time you took out all the basic cost and your machinery. Then there’s some hit cost like any payments on infrastructure electricity at the shop all that kind of good stuff insurance. So that may whittle down to $50-$75 an acre in reality. But today’s prices on some things probably just breaking even on some of it honestly. I’m not a family living expense guy in the budget so some of my numbers will be different than others in that regard. Personally, I have about as much as I can handle, any new ground for Me has to either be rented pretty fair priced or with the attention of possibly letting something else go that I’m not as in love with, so I’m not as aggressive as others are right now. Of course, like anybody else I’m always interested in the neighbors 80
