East Central Illinois | What is everyone’s opinion or experience with a better way to farm company. I have talked to them I get there idea. Having a hard time jumping. They seem to load up on in-furrow low salt Conklin 100 ortho fertilizer with micros. Then just spray foliars. All based on your soil tests, timing of “your” crop specific to your field . I know that liquid gets right into plant and you have a higher usage percentage vs dry. They claim higher yields- I get high yields but never consistently- meaning you never increase ever year - cuz of weather. One can get results on one or two years, but doesn’t always work on year three for example too much or too little rain/ heat, etc. I think it is foolish for them to say that. It may work year one and not year two. I am fairly high management farmer and have made it into NCGA contest using my ways. Just curious on others point of view. I am always willing to learn something new and/or pivot to new methods in my farming to try improve. Thank you | |
