Subject: How fussy are you about running fans on beans when humidity is high?

SE MN
Have a 30’ bin with 25’ deep beans. They went in 9-12% and 70 degrees. Have been looking at the equilibrium moisture table and it seems like there is only a few hours in the evening to run the fans to cool them down. On a sunny day the emc is about 8% and I don’t want to dry them. Tonight it is 40 degrees and 85% humidity which is about 20% emc which seems even worse. I’ve heard guys say to run the fans at night, but how does that work when the humidity is over 80% between 10pm and 7 am?
