With frost in the forecast I harvested all the green cherry tomatoes in my garden. I am guessing I have a good 15 lbs of them. I know I can spread them single layer on newspaper and set them in the garage to slowly ripen, other than that I don't know what to do with them. Time is going to be short for me for the next few days so I'd like to do something with them now. Any suggestions?
