Subject: Desiccating double crop soybeans

Northeast Missouri
I have non gmo double crop soybeans with tons and tons of volunteer wheat and winter annuals starting to rear their ugly heads. We haven’t got a frost yet so the beans are still hanging onto to some green leaves.

I’m running older red combines that love to slug feederhouses and rotors with no reversers.

Can I dessicate with roundup, Gramaxone or Clethodim? More than anything I’m just trying to make harvest easier as we get later into the fall. Thinking having the wheat dead would make cutting easier and give me a cleaner tank sample
