Here, it is marketed per pound, not bushels. Price (local) is around $0.17/lbs. spring canola here is mostly roundup ready, there is some others but that is the most common, as we don’t have other roundup ready crops. You fertilize it similar to barley. Plant shallow, but hit moisture. Seed rate as mentioned is around 4lbs / acre. Yields, well that always depends, I’d say for spring canola, 1000-2400lbs/acre.
