But I'm not sure you will get paid for the yield loss.
Best advice I can give you is calmly and nicely work with your representatives there and try to work through what you think is fair vs what they think is fair or right. Understand they may want to give you the world but people above them will dictate what actually happens. Also, plan to "meet in the middle" on a resolution, if you get what you are wanting then awesome but understand that it would not be industry standard. | |
