Subject: Yields

North Central Indiana
I’m not the guy you were asking but I’ll share our yield data to this point.
Context: Brevant won our plot a year ago with 10A20AM and 08R32AM being the top two against a whole host of companies so we went to field size trials with them.
In the larger side by sides (excluding headlands because of variability/tree lines/excess traffic compaction) 10A20AM gave up 16 bushels to P0953AM and gave up 27 bushels to P09312V. In smaller side by sides with 2 new Pioneer 109 and 110 day varieties the Brevant 10A20AM gave up !56! bushels against those two varieties. The price difference was not enough to overcome any of the yield differences we saw.
We haven’t harvested any of the Brevant 08R32AM side by sides yet. I’ll report back later on that if you want, but things don’t look promising just visually in those side by sides for them either.

That’s just our experience. I have friends that are loving the results they’ve seen from their Brevant stuff. For whatever reason Pioneer has always seemed to yield well for us compared to the other bigger companies so that also needs to be considered and yes I know they’re both corteva genetics.
