Iowa | You had a thread end of last year about trying some cheaper seed, I think it was Brevant I believe. Now that harvest is rolling and possibly wrapped up for some. What was your conclusion? Cheaper seed better? Cheaper seed worse?
With the markets looking the way they do, a guy is going to have to cut down and trim every available input expense.
Seed is going to be number one, because that seem to think their product needs to be the most expensive on the breakeven sheet. | |
